No-Till Drill Demonstration
And
Fur Bearer Trapping Training
Attendees will observe a no-till drill demonstration that highlights soil health improvement, erosion control, and pasture and crop establishment benefits. Fur bearer trapping training will also be conducted.

Field Day Demonstrations
Participate in our field day to observe conservation practices firsthand. Network with experts and landowners while seeing innovative techniques in action that can be applied to your land. At this event, we will be demonstrating the operation and benefits of using a no-till drill for planting grasses, legumes, and cover crops. This demonstration will be followed by a furbearer trapping training, and we will be discussing how to determine if beaver control or relocation in your area is needed.
Additional Field Day Activities
A Locally Led Workgroup will also be held during the event, providing landowners and producers an opportunity to share input through a brief survey regarding their concerns, needs, and experiences related to natural resources within the county. NRCS staff will be available to discuss specific concerns, answer questions, and provide information on available conservation programs and technical assistance.
